The popular and revolutionary game has been out for the console platforms for some time now, but those who have a PC and are awaiting for the game’s minimum specs to be released to see if they can run the game, can take a nice fresh breath of air now.
Here are the official minimum PC requirements for Mirror’s Edge:

Processor: Intel Pentium 4 3.0 GHz or 100% compatible equivalent
RAM memory: 1 GB at least
Video Card: 256 MB memory and must support Pixel Shader 3.0
